The Position:
As a Legal Case Manager/Writer, you will be responsible for helping attorneys draft professional documents and assisting senior paralegals and attorneys with immigration related issues in an employment-based context. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential; experience in technical or legal writing may be helpful but is not required. This is a full-time position that offers flexible hours and the ability to work remotely. This position also offers the opportunity for advancement to the position of Senior Case Manager/Paralegal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a writing-intensive field
- Quality rhetorical (persuasive) writing and editing skills
- Thorough attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with a rigorous approach to evaluating arguments and evidence
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to rapid changes in the workplace
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong word processing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with utilizing technology in your work
Please note - although this role is remote and open to applicants across the United States, the work must be performed within the United States.
Compensation for this position is $50,000 with the potential for promotion. Benefits include health care/dental/vision, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and a strong emphasis on work/life balance.
