Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketer who thrives on creating data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels, including PPC, social media ads, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure campaign profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and strategies.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems to enhance campaign performance.
- Reporting: Create detailed performance reports, highlighting successes, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
- Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
