Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Google Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketer to design, implement, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and achieving exceptional ROI for our clients or internal projects. Your expertise will ensure campaigns are cost-effective, strategically targeted, and continuously optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and remarketing ads.
- Keyword Research: Identify high-performing, relevant keywords to optimize ad targeting.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.
- Optimization: Continuously refine campaigns by adjusting ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing: Develop and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage PPC budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering within financial targets.
- Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management with a successful track record of driving ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles, metrics, and strategies.
- Experience with bid management, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, or Video).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
- Experience with other PPC platforms like Bing Ads or social media ads.
- Knowledge of SEO to complement PPC efforts.
