We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our clients' business needs and offer customized insurance solutions that provide comprehensive coverage and peace of mind. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with prospective commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Consultative Sales: Provide expert advice and consult with clients to recommend insurance products that best meet their business requirements.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance coverage remains up-to-date and continues to meet their needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams, including underwriters and customer service representatives, to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial insurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Tennessee is preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
