Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated professional who is looking for the opportunity to grow their automotive career! As a producer, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless vehicle purchasing experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing the finance process, maximizing revenue generating opportunities within the process, and delivering extraordinary customer service that aligns with our values.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for individual and department performance and achievement of finance targets
Work alongside Sales Managers to maximize performance and profitability
Review deal structure to ensure compliance with lender and dealership guidelines
Adhere to all standards regarding professional ethics
Performance Measurement:
Product (VSC, GAP, Bundled Product, etc.) Penetration
Contracts-in-Transit & CSI
Individual Production on per transaction basis (PVR)
F&I Compliance with all applicable legal and lending requirements
Qualifications:
Proven track record in achieving sales targets while delivering high customer service
Team-oriented and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and process-oriented with a focus on paperwork accuracy/compliance
Strong interpersonal skills to be used to build rapport with guests
Sales and/or finance management in retail automotive is a plus
