Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations.


Sales Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.


Policy Analysis: Review client policies and make necessary adjustments to ensure coverage aligns with clients' needs and expectations.


Claims Handling: Assist clients with the claims process, providing support and guidance throughout the process.


Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.


Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Ohio insurance license or be willing to obtain one within the first month of employment.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions.
