The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and customization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to meet the specific needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead ERP implementation projects from inception to completion.

Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ERP configuration.

System Configuration and Customization:

Configure ERP software to meet business requirements.

Customize ERP modules and functionalities as needed.

Ensure system configurations align with best practices and organizational standards.

Data Migration:

Plan and execute data migration strategies.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.

Develop data validation and reconciliation processes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.

Identify and resolve issues through thorough testing and troubleshooting.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-offs.

Training and Support:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.

Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system users.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Create user manuals and guides for reference.

Continuous Improvement:

Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.

Stay updated on ERP software updates and industry trends.

Recommend and implement system improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in ERP implementation and project management.

Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.

Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Plex, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
