About the Role:

Our client is in search of a strategic and analytical Director of Budgeting & Financial Reporting who will play a critical role in overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions. The Director of Budgeting & Reporting will serve as a business partner to the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Director of Finance, and division leaders. The Director of Budgeting & Financial Reporting will ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting, contributing to the overall financial health and sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the budgeting process, including the development and implementation of annual budgets.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.

Develop tools and reports for budgeting and financial analysis

Developing formats for different level presentations

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Manage the financial reporting team, providing guidance and support.

Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum of 4+years of financial analysis experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Advanced Excel skills.

Advanced experience using Tableau, Solver, DrillPoint or equivalent advanced reporting software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
