Chief Financial Officer/Chief Credit Officer (CFO/CCO)

CCO/CFO Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance/Business/related.
10+ years of direct residential real estate investment experience.
Strong familiarity with the business-purpose lending industry.
Expertise in construction management and real estate valuation.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams for over 10 years.
At least 5 years of legal experience within institutional capital markets.
Experience in 1-4 unit residential development = a plus.
Salesforce or Sage Inaact = a plus.
CCO/CFO Responsibilities:
As CFO/CCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial and credit functions of the organization while ensuring compliance and fostering growth.
Credit Oversight:
Lead the loan committee to approve or modify loan originations, extensions, and workouts.
Spearhead business development for lender finance initiatives.
Develop and maintain robust risk management and compliance frameworks.
Oversee loss mitigation efforts for classified assets.
Ensure compliance with covenants in capital market loan agreements.
Financial Leadership:
Oversee all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital management.
Manage relationships with financial institutions and other key stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across financial operations.
Optimize capital structure to drive profitability and growth.
