RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT ACCOUNTANT:
Ensuring that information reported on projects is accurate, complete, and timely.
Working with Project Managers to ensure project expenses are tracked and billed according to contract terms.
Review contracts and identify contractual terms for billing purposes
Monitor, track, and analyze all job costs
Understand, create, and produce job cost/analysis reports as requested by Project Manager
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT ACCOUNTANT:
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance preferred; Experience in lieu of degree welcomed
3+ Years of experience
Construction experience; will consider all industries
Ability to identify process improvements and make changes
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience #INOCT2024 #LI-AE1 #LI-Onsite
