Key Responsibilities:
Tax Preparation & Filings:
Handle a variety of tax forms, including 1120S, 1125E, 4562, 4797, 6765, Schedule K-1, and 7203, as well as individual filings for the CEO as the sole owner.
Tax Planning & Compliance:
Identify opportunities for tax planning while ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
Accounts Payable Support:
Provide insights and answer questions related to AP transactions and their potential tax impacts.
Accounts Receivable Management:
Process client invoices, monitor overdue payments, and manage collections to support cash flow.
Asset Management & Depreciation:
Calculate depreciation and manage asset reporting to support strategic financial planning.
