Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients to ensure timely collection of revenue.
Verify transaction details, compute charges and refunds, and prepare and distribute invoices.
Identify and follow up on delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Reconcile statements and transactions to ensure account accuracy.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by reviewing documentation and making necessary adjustments.
Prioritize the Cash Flow Aging Report to maintain effective cash flow management.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
3+ years of experience in B2B collections and accounts receivable
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
