is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Project Marketing Coordinator in our

Rock Island, IL

office . As a Project Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for providing general project marketing/business development support - working within IMEG brand and design standards and corporate processes. Principal Responsibilities Creates and customizes qualification-based materials - e.g. case studies, project experience lists, cover letters, approach language (writing, editing, & wordsmithing).

Coordinates & collaborates with teams on qualification-based proposal production.

Oversees editing and quality control measures for all assigned proposals.

Coordinates and creates interview and presentation collateral.

Assists in maintaining up-to-date opportunity pipeline data in Salesforce.

Coordinates resume updates for assigned teams.

Coordinates & maintains up-to-date project data in the centralized Projects database and Central Qualifications Library for assigned teams.

Assists with the creation of project deliverables - e.g. project report layout & editing - as needed.

Assists in researching project leads, potential clients and competition as needed to assist in project pursuit strategy.

Assists in identifying project-based public relations opportunities for assigned teams.

Assist with identifying project photography needs and contacts for assigned teams.

Assists with additional marketing related projects as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities: Highly organized, with good time management skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to assist in meeting deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Design layout skills

Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Salesforce or CRM experience a plus

Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, co-workers, principals, consultants and other outside contacts

Education and Experience Minimum bachelor degree in communications or marketing

1-3 years of related experiencein Marketing or Communication.
