CFS New York is working with a well-established professional services firm with a presence nationwide that services the country's top corporate clients
They are seeking an Customer Solutions Specialist to join their growing team
This role will be located in Long Island (Amityville)

Role Responsibilities- Customer Solutions Specialist
Primary point-of-contact that supports selected clients
Work closely with Field Managers on requests and/or issues that may arise
Provide operations support to all departments within the organization
Schedule project crews for services, training, and deliveries
Creating and closing work orders for Regional spreadsheets and Project Crew schedules
Customer liaison for follow-ups and customer service issues
Update corresponding client systems to ensure tracking and billing of all services performed
Manage project budgets; review and correct any variances weekly
Preferred Qualifications- Customer Solutions Specialist
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required
2+ years professional experience; open to industry
Experienced in coordinating and scheduling
Exposure to systems / tech savvy
Strong customer service skills
