Junior Payroll Accountant
to their accounting team to work from their Annapolis office!
For the right candidate, the Junior Payroll Accountant position can become permanent dependent on performance and fit. This organization offers great benefits once permanent.

This position is in office
100% in Annapolis, MD . Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Potential for work from home after training
Reports to the CFO
Duties for the Junior Payroll Accountant Include:
Process payroll on a biweekly basis
Complete balance sheets
Reconcile rental property accounts
Create journal entries
Review and run reports as needed
Perform bank reconciliations
Assist with company compliance audit
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain vendor 1099s
Other special projects as needed
Qualifications for the Junior Payroll Accountant:
3+ years' accounting AND payroll processing experience required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related required
Proficiency with Excel and Word required
Experience using ADP a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
