Responsibilities: Manage, execute and optimize holistic paid search strategies, serving as the subject matter expert for media buying initiatives for B2B and B2C clients Help to develop and pitch robust media plans that align with overall marketing and media objectives Be hands-on in deep dive into platforms to manage and optimize PPC spends when needed and make strategic campaign performance recommendations Manage organic search and SEO strategies Establish and manage tracking and providing of insights and analysis of campaign performance on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis to align with client KPIs and success metrics across various channels Provide expert strategy and execution across Google and Bing Leverage your understanding of how paid search channels impact overall media mix and directly/indirectly influence business decisions and objectives Collaborate closely with internal teams such as account services and peers on all performance marketing initiatives including campaign development, on-going communication, as well as the strategy and execution of campaigns Stay ahead of the curve by researching new ad platforms and brainstorming innovative campaign ideas Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field of study Minimum 5 years of experience in paid search media, ideally within an advertising agency environment, with minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience Knowledgeable and confident in various ad platforms and programs including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Google Analytics, Excel, etc. Strong analytical skills to collect, compile, organize, track and analyze data Technically savvy and experienced in areas such as programmatic and demand-side ad platforms Thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance PTO Package Flex Schedule Options Ongoing Growth Opportunities Please apply immediately if interested in the Assoc.
