What the Finance Manager
will do:
Lead the annual audit, coordinate with auditors, and prepare necessary documents.
Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports.
Manage the preparation of monthly budget-to-actual reports and annual financial statements.
Assist with financial reports and presentations for management and trustees.
Oversee treasury activities, including cash projections and risk management.
Mentor and manage a small team of accountants.
What the company needs in a Finance Manager:
Bachelor's degree in accounting (Master's preferred).
At least 5 years of accounting experience, with extensive knowledge in tax and financial accounting.
CPA license required.
Minimum of 3 years in a management role.
Experience in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector, with grants experience preferred.
