$115,000 - $120,000 + 10% bonus

The Controller is open due to an internal promotion

3 direct reports

They manufacture the highest caliber product in their industry

Overview of the role - Accounting Manager:

Responsible for the financial reporting package

Strategic role working closely the Director of Finance

Manage capital projects

Overseeing the accounting team

Preferred Qualifications - Accounting Manager:

BS, Accounting or Finance

Strong leadership skills, prior experience managing a team

Prior public accounting experience a plus

CPA preferred, but not required

Experience in the manufacturing industry
