As a Videographer at Advantage Design Group, you will serve as our video specialist, responsible for capturing, editing, and producing videos for both internal and external purposes. Working with our mobile production crew, you'll shoot high-quality footage on-location to be featured on our online orientation platform. We're looking for high-energy, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about their craft and video production. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, excellent teamwork, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
•Capture studio-quality video in both field and office settings as per project requirements.
•Creatively edit videos within specified timeline parameters.
•Lead technical setup for shoots, including lighting, angles, microphone selection, and on-camera positioning.
•Collaborate with creative teammates, marketing, and senior management.
•Develop an in-depth understanding of our brand message and tone to accurately capture them in video and photo form.

Requirements:
•BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
•Experience in television/film, Internet video, or similar video-related roles.
•Exceptional creative eye for visualizing and shooting concepts.
•Experience video editing
•Proficiency with Adobe Suite. A knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
•Experience with YouTube and Vimeo.
•Video portfolio link submission.
•Extensive travel
