Job Description
We are looking for a Media Buyer who excels in developing and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving client success, managing large advertising budgets, and delivering exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in media buying
- Proven success in managing monthly budgets of $50k or more
- Strong analytical abilities
- Collaborative team player with a focus on teamwork
- Experience with Meta and Google platforms
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and proactive in tackling challenges and enhancing campaign performance
- Work closely with clients and team members to ensure alignment with client goals
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Launch and continuously optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive client success
- Monitor client accounts throughout the day and provide the team with regular updates
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to refine strategies and consistently meet or exceed KPIs, with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across multiple clients to ensure effective spending and maximize ROI

Compensation
The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus a monthly performance bonus that starts after 3 months from start date.
