Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer with a proven track record in creating and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. In this key role, you will drive client success by managing significant advertising budgets and delivering outstanding Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of media buying experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage monthly budgets of $50k or more
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on teamwork
  • Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, or Google Search (strongly preferred but not required)
  • Upbeat and energetic attitude
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Proactive and resourceful in troubleshooting and improving campaign performance
  • Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Launch and continuously optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok to achieve client success
  • Monitor client accounts throughout the day, providing the team with regular updates
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of campaign data to refine strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs with a focus on maximizing ROAS
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for multiple clients to ensure effective spending and maximize ROI

Compensation

The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus a monthly performance bonus that starts after 3 months from start date.
