Job Description

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Assists with various advertising duties, focusing on social media marketing, content creation, social care, and engagement to grow audiences, awareness, and engagement.
  • Complies with process and governance with the usage of social media tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Manages enterprise social media audits for enterprise campaigns and initiatives.
  • Responsible for moderation of UGC in line with Caesars Entertainment's expectations and policies.
  • Track and report on insights, reports, tagging and other needs.
  • Liaises with Corporate Social Media team for needs related to influencer marketing and supports paid social with the Corporate Media team where appropriate.
  • Manage the social media presence for Property channels.
  • Monitor and track social media trends.
  • Delivers work on or before deadline.
  • Covers events and activations as needed.
  • Contributes to the editorial calendar.
  • Installs, removes, and maintains inventories of various in-house materials such as promotional collateral, entertainment materials, web updates and other miscellaneous promotional items.
    Assists in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with departments.
  • Data entry.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate should be self-motivated; detail orientated, and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to adapt and represent a variety of brand voices
  • Other desired skills include time management skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Advertising Associate must be available to capture social content during high traffic times (evenings and weekends).
  • In depth knowledge of using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
  • Photography, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to develop positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Computer literate, with skills in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Friendly, excellent interaction skills.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.


PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino, from property to property. Must be able to perform physical job duties of line employees in emergency situations. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
