Job Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Work with project managers to track costs associated with advertising campaigns, managing budgets and forecasts to monitor expenses against planned project spend.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, working within advertising industry standards and project completion milestones.
• Handle month-end close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments, ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within the advertising or a project-based industry.
• Proficiency in GAAP, month-end close procedures, and financial reporting.
• Effective communicator, able to present financial information to non-financial teams in an accessible way.
