Position Summary

Responsibilities
Web Content Entry:
- Assist in updating and maintaining content on the organization's website.
- Perform key word searches for search engine optimization.
- Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and consistent information.
Social Media Coordination:
- Support the development and execution of social media content calendars.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and assist in responding to inquiries.
Event Coordination:
- Provide support in the planning and execution of digital events and campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for events, and collaborating with internal teams.
Content Creation:
- Contribute ideas and assist in the creation of digital content, including graphics and written materials.
- Assist in coordinating larger projects such as photo shoots, videos, and more.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Learn to analyze social media and website metrics and provide basic reports on content performance.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but all majors are encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with social media platforms.
