Summary/Objective
Jr Web Content Specialist reports to the Sr Web Content Specialist and supports our Internet Marketing efforts, along with other Web Content Specialists, for all of our websites, email marketing programs and ecommerce sites. Support includes providing customer service and assistance directly to franchisees and internal corporate employees; entering, editing and maintaining website content.

Key Responsibilities

Website Performance and Maintenance:

  • Assists in ensuring websites are updated regularly, and helps process franchisee and corporate web content requests under guidance.
  • Utilizes a tracking system to review incoming tickets, open tickets in the ticketing system, and participates in task assignments as needed.
  • Provides customer support to franchisees, assisting them with understanding web options and implementing basic web updates on their behalf.
  • Works with a Content Management System (CMS) to build and edit web pages and related tools (this is not a developer position).
  • Supports efforts to identify, track, and implement changes or maintenance needed to improve website performance and functionality.
  • Assists with the creation of mockups, testing, and implementation of new website features or functionality as needed.
  • Supports e-commerce efforts, including catalog building and maintenance, as well as CMS documentation and updates.
  • Provides basic internal program support and assists with training franchisees on Internet Marketing programs.
  • Manages basic tasks related to new center openings and closings within the website CMS.
  • Collects and compiles data from Google Analytics, HubSpot reports, and other systems for internal reporting purposes.
  • Collaborates with the Creative and Content teams to post multimedia content, including podcasts, videos, blogs, etc.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Competencies
  • eCommerce Platform Experience is a plus
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HTML and CMS tools; ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels and provide franchisees with a positive support experience.
  • Problem-solving and Initiative: Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to identify improvements and implement change effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy, security, and platform stability.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
  • Occasionally needs to move inside the office to access office machinery and other offices
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery (i.e. copy machine, computer printer, telephone)
  • Communicate with franchisees, co-workers, and management about work issues and must be able to exchange accurate information verbally and in writing
  • Must be able to observe website data to detect any web-related issues.
Travel

This position requires very little travel. May be required to attend our Annual Convention and/or Sales Summit which is typically held out of state, however, is occasionally held in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in web related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Prefer candidate has previous CMS experience.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
