About the role: The Senior Content Experience Manager, Sales is passionate about understanding the intersection of our selling organization and the partnership they develop to enrich our customers’ and patients’ experiences. This individual contributor must have a take-charge spirit to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business and sales objectives into effective communication and measurable content strategies that provide our sales teams the right information at the right time and the right channels. The ideal candidate can roll up their sleeves to drive activation excellence and think strategically to uncover the right channels and content themes that engage and motivate our sales teams. This individual must enjoy operating autonomously, be comfortable establishing relationships and collaborating cross-functionally, and possess the ability to develop effective content activations across a wide array of on- and off-line channels. Qualified candidates are fluent in today’s digital marketing ecosystem and understand basic medical device sales structure to effectively apply toward content development. This role will report to the Senior Manager – Content Experiences within the Urology Customer Engagement & Activation (CE&A) team. Key Responsibilities: Lead content creation and distribution for weekly sales communications. Develop and execute content strategy plans that support product launches, program launches, and rollout of key organizational initiatives. Create sales communication governance, structure and processes to facilitate intake, prioritization and execution, all informed by data. Serve as first point of contact for Field Marketing Managers (FMMs), to partner on co-marketing material development (including scoping and execution when required). Consult as subject-matter expert on sales communications to support field-based activation for key strategic partnerships such as ZERO Cancer, MenMD. Collaborate with internal creative services team and agency partners as needed to create compelling content. Generate ideas collaboratively with key cross-functional team members, such as Product Marketing, Medical Education, Health Economics & Market Access, Commercial Enablement, etc., to recommend high-performing content assets that provide our sales teams valuable materials. Understand and operate within Boston Scientific brand guidelines. Ensure materials are compliant with standard operating procedures related to regulatory, clinical, and legal approval. This includes content submission, review and approval process. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other relevant field. 5+ years of content strategy and content creation experience, preferably in an agency, medical device, pharmaceutical or other regulated healthcare environment. Keen attention to detail, deadlines and budgets. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, programs and shifting priorities. Previous performance success in applying audience insights toward a focused content strategy. Desired Qualifications: Independent, self-starter capable of effectively managing time and projects to meet deliverable dates. Focused on building deep partnerships cross-functionally with proven track record of uniting teams toward a common goal. Passion for crafting compelling stories intended to drive engagement. Experienced working with medical device or healthcare selling organizations.
