About the Role: The Digital Marketing Specialist role supports the development of best-in-class digital marketing programs to align with the overall marketing and communications objectives of the Cardiology division with an emphasis on social media campaigns. The successful candidate will support the comprehensive digital strategy of activating projects and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels and tactics and overall customer experience. Qualified candidates will have experience in digital media (programmatic, SEO/ SEM, social media) campaigns that drive business results among patients (DTP) and healthcare providers (HCPs). Your Responsibilities Will Include: Support the development of comprehensive digital plans for awareness and lead generation with measurable objectives. Own projects consisting of planning, execution and measurement of digital campaigns targeting key audiences. Partner with analytics resources to show value of campaigns and provide a regular cadence of performance reports. Lead community management activities inclusive of monitoring direct-to-patient Facebook pages and groups, monitoring HCP conversations across LinkedIn and X (work with media agency to manage page, ads, direct messages, monitor and glean page insights). Partner with Social Media Manager on social listening, inclusive of daily listening across platforms, reporting by audience and channel. Social Analytics Reporting, pulling, and recording data from platforms. Content scheduling inclusive of maintaining content calendar, scheduling in Khoros and/or manually in platform. Formulate and execute media plans that deliver lead generation as a vital element of the marketing and sales mix. Ensure digital tactics including webpage development, SEM, Programmatic Advertising, social media, and email marketing are executed on time and on budget to high quality standards. Partner with external agencies as needed for digital advertising programs. Identify and communicate trends and opportunities through a working knowledge of digital and past campaign data. Manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work for both digital strategy and implementation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field 0-3 years of overall marketing, communications and/or digital experience in a B2C or B2B environment Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well within a matrix organization and to influence teams to accomplish common goals and objectives Preferred Qualifications: Digital media (programmatic, SEO/ SEM, endemic partnerships, website and email) and social media acumen Direct experience in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram) and social listening tools (i.e., Khoros, Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Talkwalker) Understanding of / experience with Google Analytics Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Effective relationship building skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work with limited direction Requisition ID:593327 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
