Job Description:
As an IT Trainer/Content Developer, you will deliver IT training to Client staff on custom-developed and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications. You will conduct training for desktop, web, and mobile applications, coordinating with users to identify training needs and administering sessions via the Client's Learning Management System (LMS). The role includes managing course schedules, enrollments, testing, and certifications, and gathering feedback to improve training outcomes. You will develop and update training content, including presentations, guides, manuals, and e-learning materials, and work closely with IT and business units to increase engagement and address training needs. This role requires a proactive trainer who can independently manage training content development and adapt quickly to the evolving needs of the Client's IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT training on Client applications to adult learners, covering desktop, web, and mobile applications
- Develop and update training content, including presentations, guides, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
- Publish training schedules, manage LMS enrollments, track completions, assign scores, and award certifications
- Gather learner feedback to improve training delivery and IT product usability
- Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and promote course offerings
- Facilitate vendor-provided training sessions as required
- Maintain accurate training records, timekeeping, and activity tracking
- Coordinate with technical staff to gather information for content development
- Support user acceptance testing, initial rollouts, and production operations with training support
- Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards in training delivery
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Instructional Techniques: Proficient in delivering interactive, competency-based training to engage learners
- Content Development: Experience in creating high-quality training materials with minimal revisions
- Communication: Strong communication skills for interacting with learners, team leaders, and stakeholders
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with patience and responsiveness to learner needs
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work as a team player, supporting IT and training objectives
- Results Orientation: Consistent achievement of business and performance goals
- Planning and Organization: Effective planning and management of schedules, travel, and work assignments
- Travel: Willing and able to travel as required for onsite training sessions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and experience with content development tools like TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360/Storyline is highly desirable
- Experience with LMS platforms (Oracle/Workday preferred) and Microsoft Teams for virtual training
