GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Creative Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hourly role dedicated to supporting a wide range of creative and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include creating print and digital designs for Piedmont HealthCare offices and assisting with daily marketing tasks. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player with strong graphic design skills who enjoys the creative process of marketing campaigns. Must have a willingness to learn, try new things, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Graphic Design Support: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create brochures, flyers, posters, and signage, adhering to our branding guidelines and templates.
  • Digital Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms and website to enhance our online presence and connect with our audience.
  • Photography & Videography: Assist with photoshoots and on set for video filming.
  • Press Releases: Assist in writing and distributing press releases to promote company news.
  • Website Management: Perform minor edits and updates on our website using a pre-built template.
  • Event Coordination: Help coordinate and attend our booth at local events, ensuring all materials are prepared and available.
Requirements

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in creative content or graphic design.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for marketing and creative design.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic website editing.
  • Graphic design training or coursework.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Represent the company effectively in a variety of settings and within the community
  • Exercise initiative, problem solving, and decision-making independently
  • Exceptional skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation
  • Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities


ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Office setting. Standard M-F hours, with flexibility in hours as needed for company sponsored events (may include some weekends).

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

Frequent mobility and/or sitting required for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity for using computer keyboard. Some bending and stooping required. Lifting heavy objects up to 30lbs may be required.
