Responsibilities: Define global affiliate product operation strategy based on overall product strategy. Co-own the affiliate business goals with local operation teams and together define market specific product strategy. Based on market analysis, work with PM, Ops, algorithm and other teams to define detailed execution plans and drive for results. Qualifications: Solid ecommerce marketplace product or operation experience. Indepth understanding of merchandising strategy, especially how to leverage different strategies to drive business growth. Knowledgeable about creator (influencer) ecosystem and prior experience working with creator products are preferred. Bachelor degree is required. Job Information: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100320 - $245024 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
