What To Expect (Job Responsibilities): Translate various training materials from English to Simplified Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Review and edit existing translations for quality and cultural sensitivity. Localize training materials by incorporating relevant examples and system interfaces in learners' corresponding languages. Collaborate with Learning Content Designers to develop engaging learning assets and programs. Manage and prioritize updates and requests from internal and partner Training staff. What Is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in translating, reviewing, or creating content in Simplified Chinese environments. Advanced skills in Articulate: Rise 360 & Storyline 360, and Adobe: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere. Demonstrable experience using Translation Management software. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on accuracy. Fluency in English and native proficiency in Simplified Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in e-learning, instructor-led learning, or virtual instructor-led learning. Knowledge of localization techniques and the translation process. Proficient in using the Google Suite (Google Docs) in a collaborative environment. Ability to adapt to different styles and tones in translation.
