Position Summary As a Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing team, developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will work closely with cross-functional teams. Essential Functions Lead the development of marketing plans, working with clients, management, and the marketing team. Create collateral, case studies, client testimonials, FAQs, videos, email and social messaging. Oversee lead-generating marketing efforts. Leverage digital marketing to grow new business and engage existing clients. Manage company conference and tradeshow efforts. Collaborate with Sales Executives on pricing proposals and presentations. Attract and retain a diverse team of marketing experts. Oversee key performance metrics and tracking tools. Core Competencies Experience overseeing multiple elements of a marketing department. Expert in B2B marketing, ideally within the fintech or mortgage industry. Strong writing and editing skills. Critical thinking and the ability to synthesize market data and customer insights. Experience leveraging marketing technologies. Ability to play a range of roles from strategist to hands-on implementer. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. 10+ years of marketing and communications experience. Experience cultivating a multi-functional marketing team.
