The Marketing Coordinator will support Simpson Door Company's marketing strategy. This role will partner closely with the sales and marketing team and outside advertising agency to support marketing initiatives across digital, in-person, and print media. The Coordinator will support the research and development of various marketing efforts. This role will focus on driving brand awareness and engagement directly contributing to Simpson's sales success.
What You Will Do
Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing and manufacturing teams to develop selling initiatives and identify marketing tactics consistent with the business strategies.
Assist in digital initiatives including marketing automation, workflows and reporting to ensure timely and relevant communication to current and potential customers.
Assist in the creation and delivery of marketing materials to support identifying and moving potential clients through the funnel.
Coordinate logistics for events, including booth design, signage, promotional materials, and shipping of necessary equipment and materials.
Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, web site content, marketing materials, email marketing and promotional items. You will work closely with our ad agency to bring these projects to completion.
Conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
What You Will Bring 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the building industry.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field.
Strong written and verbal business communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, particularly within the B2B environments.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Tech savvy. High proficiency with marketing applications and software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of door and window terms and industry trends is a plus.
Experience working with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to work onsite.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
