We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role will report directly to the Customer Experience and Marketing Communications Director, offering the exciting opportunity to support in the development and execution of the broader marketing and brand strategy as PI embarks on a transformational growth journey. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the development and management of paid search campaigns, optimizing marketing performance within budget. The secondary responsibilities involve supporting other channels and initiatives, including website, SEO, organic social, alignment of marketing with sales objectives, and partnership with MMS and other subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in paid search and SEO management, as well as knowledge of and interest in broader marketing strategy and execution. As part of a small, dynamic team, flexibility and willingness to learn are key attributes as you collaborate with various stakeholders across projects and teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Define campaign strategies, build and manage paid search campaigns, and implement test and learn processes to allow us to continuously optimize our marketing tactics for maximum impact within defined budgets.
2. Monitor website and SEO performance, executing strategic recommendations for improvement to increase our website conversions and organic search visibility.
3. Generate top-level, channel-specific reports and analyze campaign performance data to inform our marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
4. Support the ongoing development and execution of the marketing and brand strategy, aligning initiatives with brand objectives and guidelines to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
5. Support the PI and MMS Marketing teams in the implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that targets key personas, identifying content gaps and providing inputs where appropriate.
6. Support the Customer Experience and Marketing Communications Director in creating and monitoring organic social media content, including regular posts and updates, to maintain an active presence on our platforms and strengthen our digital community.
7. Support the Customer Experience and Marketing Communications Director when interfacing with the Sales team to align strategic direction and messaging of marketing collateral, ensuring harmony between marketing initiatives and sales objectives to improve the quality of leads and support the sales process more effectively.
8. Collaborate with broader organizational teams (e.g., New England Journal of Medicine, Massachusetts Medical Society etc.) on partnership strategies.
9. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on SEM and digital marketing
- Experience and strong understanding of PPC and SEO
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a range of internal and third-party stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to learn, with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Additional experience in any of the following: display marketing, social media marketing (primarily LinkedIn), email marketing, and content creation.
- Additional knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Magnetmail) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
