We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts through meticulous execution of diverse marketing campaigns and events, which includes technical and data oversight of our website, CRM and marketing systems, and all marketing logistics.


In this role, you’ll ensure our strategies are data-driven, our campaigns are impactful and our marketing database, and related integrations work flawlessly. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to align on objectives, ensuring seamless follow-up on all contacts and leads generated from our marketing efforts, whether in person or online.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend various opportunities to connect with, and build, our audience, with a particular focus on managing events and digital marketing
  • Collaborate closely with the content marketing to create a calendar and plan for inbound marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Create and manage project plans for various marketing initiatives and collaborate with agency as needed to support paid media efforts
  • Build, test, and execute marketing campaigns using various channels
  • Administer the HubSpot marketing automation system, including workflows, emails, landing pages, and list imports
  • Define goals and success metrics for marketing programs, reporting on results.
  • Maintain database hygiene, perform data migrations, and create segments
  • Maintain and update website and social channels, in collaboration with agency and internal team
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and communication regulations


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience researching, supporting and managing events and conferences
  • Experience in supporting sales and marketing in a software company
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with wordpress and social media tools
  • AI savvy: you use AI to be more productive, but without compromising quality, accuracy or copyrights
  • Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
  • design skills and knowledge of HTML or other development languages is a plus
  • Experience in the regenerative agriculture industry a bonus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
