We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Global Revenue Marketing team. In this role, you will support regional programming that drives pipeline growth for the North American market. You will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing activities, including events, webinars, digital marketing, and sales outreach programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our regional marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide technical execution of regional marketing plans that align with North American pipeline goals, including physical and virtual events, third-party partnerships, trade shows, and account-based marketing (ABM) tactics
- Manage event logistics, including pre- and post-event communications, promotions, branded swag fulfillment, on-site staffing, and internal enablement for Sales teams
- Develop and implement best practices for marketing automation, emails, landing pages, and content syndication across all demand generation efforts
- Lead Salesforce campaign tracking, list uploads, and other operational processes to ensure accurate measurement and seamless lead handoff to Sales
- Provide regular reporting on regional marketing tactics and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to ensure effective follow-up and progress tracking on marketing activities
- Create content-driven nurturing campaigns to further qualify leads and increase funnel velocity
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage the budget process for regional marketing programs
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage key segments within the database and accelerate lead funnel movement
Success Criteria:
- Successful execution of regional marketing activities that drive pipeline growth
- Effective management of event logistics, ensuring seamless communication and promotion
- Optimization of marketing automation tools and tactics for lead generation and nurturing
- Timely and accurate tracking of campaign results and alignment with Sales for lead handoff
- Ongoing communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of complex sales cycles and marketing funnel stages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in regional, field, or event marketing within a B2B environment
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Hands-on project management experience leveraging tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or Wrike
- Experience with marketing/CRM automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce, or 6Sense
