Marketing Manager (AEC)

LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a permanent role with our client in the Austin, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of marketing experience within the AEC industry, experience managing a team, and strong RFP experience. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Austin, TX area.


Responsibilities:

  • RFP Management: Lead the development and submission of RFPs, ensuring all proposals are strategically aligned, well-written, and submitted on time.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence in proposal writing.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop marketing strategies that enhance the firm's visibility and competitiveness in the AEC sector.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and case studies that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for business development.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations, to support business growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the success of RFP submissions and marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, with a strong focus on RFP management.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including trends, challenges, and client needs.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, project management software, and design programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the Austin area.
