Job Description
Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager for a 4+ month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite (Tues, Weds, Thurs).
Day to Day:
This position is responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns that support specific lines of business that drive sales and brand loyalty, within quarterly and seasonal periods. They will bring our client to life for our customers in compelling and differentiated ways.
The Integrated Marketing Manager has a strategic and operational mindset and can oversee seasonal campaigns from strategy through execution. The IMM has a strategic mindset grounded in market reality, is a diplomatic relationship builder with the ability to gain cross-divisional buy-in among marketing strategy, brand strategy, product strategy, creative, planning, channels (paid, social, email, in-store, digital, etc.) to ensure all seasonal campaign touchpoints reinforce both quarterly and annual strategies. This role is responsible for direct management of one employee.
- The individual should be adept at influencing and motivating others and have a passion for producing measurable results. This individual must also be able to work under pressure and be flexible to work on varying tasks as needed.
- Lead strategy development, internal socialization, and cross-functional execution of marketing programs for key brands, categories and services, determining appropriate integrated marketing support plan inclusive of CRM, digital, social, in-store environment, internal communication and budget.
- Leads cross-divisional partners in integrated go-to-market plan development including campaign briefs, channel inputs, channel & creative kick-offs and working sessions, creative development, and acts as consult on final execution plans.
- Ensure flawless execution of tactical elements of marketing programs, including setting up promotional elements, working collaboratively with various Marketing teams, ensuring communication to store team, communication with vendors, keeping leaders informed, etc.
- Partner heavily with DMMs and Client Leadership to ensure programs align with and support business priorities; report out on results and learnings.
- Responsible for developing seasonal marketing strategies (6-12 months out), driven by customer and business insight and in partnership with Brand and Marketing strategy teams.
- Accountable for overseeing and guiding seasonal go-to-market (GTM) plans including seasonal campaign story development through final execution.
- Owns creative review process and provides feedback while ensuring cross-divisional stakeholders are brought in when relevant.
- Oversees proofing of seasonal marketing creative to ensure accuracy, strategic alignment.
- Contributes and/or provides guidance for seasonal marketing recaps/reporting. Accountable for leadership reviews, including seasonal strategy alignment, creative reviews and wall walks.
- Champions seasonal go-to-market process and workflow, proactively manages deliverables within each phase of work and communicates effectively for stakeholder adherence.
- Responsible for seasonal marketing process and system health, functionality and the implementation of process improvements.
- Minimum 5-10 years marketing experience with multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Skilled in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
- Speak, read and write effectively in the English language
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Other knowledge, skills or abilities:- Knowledge & Experience: Experience building plans utilizing several marketing channels, including: email, digital, social & influencers, store environment, website, printed circulars, public relations, creative development and production for a variety of media, etc.; has worked in a retail marketing environment before

Pay Rate- $56.86 - $58.89/hour
