About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals. In this role, you will drive regional business development goals, manage marketing operations, and enhance our brand’s visibility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of marketing coordinators and designers.
  • Proposal Management: Oversee the proposal process, including strategy development, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with business development leads, managers, and pursuit teams to support marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Content Development: Write and edit technical and non-technical proposal content and manage the creation of marketing materials.
  • Client Engagement: Lead client account analysis, win-planning sessions, and interview preparation, including storyboarding and coaching presenters.
  • Marketing Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends and tools, leveraging insights to enhance regional marketing strategies.
  • Business Development: Participate in meetings to contribute to revenue forecasting, opportunity tracking, and proposal strategy.
  • Database Management: Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy and standards.
  • Event Support: Coordinate and oversee external marketing activities, such as conferences, trade shows, and open house events.


Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales processes in a business development context.



Employment Type: Contract


The salary range for this position is $50 to $60 per hour.
