Title: VP Digital Marketing Location: Florida Industry: Beauty - DTC Salary: Up to $180,000 + bonus, benefits & relocation package Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a Florida based Retailer on their search for a VP Digital Marketing. The business is a disruptive player in the industry with several established and growing brands and products in their portfolio. Over the years they have grown exponentially and are looking to further capitalize on this growth across full funnel acquisition and retention strategies. Reporting to the CMO, this role will be responsible for the leadership of all acquisition and retention strategies, including DTC, Amazon and Marketplaces. Alongside strategy, you will also lead a team that covers Paid Social, Affiliates, Influencer, Social, Creative, CRO and Website activities. This role is heavily focused on Customer Acquisition activities; hence, the ideal candidate will be highly analytical, come with an extremely strong Performance Marketing background, managing significant Ad Spends with Meta specifically. We are looking for a highly involved candidate who can roll their sleeves up and has experience operating in a 'scrappy' high growth environment. Ideal industry background will be from a fast growth, customer acquisition focused DTC e-commerce / Digitally native brand. Please note: this is an office based position in Florida - relocation package and support is offered. VP Marketing Responsibilities: Driving forward business strategy focused on performance marketing efforts and building customer loyalty and retention.
Manage key KPIs such as Net Profit, Contribution Margin, CPA, ROAS, CLTV/CAC ratio, and more.
Develop and maintain testing frameworks to accelerate learning and growth.
Analyze and report on campaign performance across all channels regularly, owning KPI reporting, focusing on metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, and churn.
Leadership, recruitment and mentorship of existing and future team members.
VP Marketing Requirements: Proven experience in Digital / Performance Marketing with an emphasis on new Customer Acquisition.
Strong E2E experience across Meta / Facebook ads - Ad platforms, Paid Search, Campaigns.
Experience with significant ad spend - minimum $800k/ month spend ideally with META.
Experience in a high growth / scaling DTC brand selling physical products.
Analytical - experience with online marketing and associated testing processes, tools and platforms (I.e Google Analytics, A/B Testing).
Ability to work with a lean team, high-growth environment with the ability to prioritize and react accordingly whilst remaining organized.
Capable of 'wearing multiple hats' and providing support across a range of marketing channels.
Experience managing agency partners and relationships.
