Riboli Family Wine's Customer Marketing team is the link between sales and marketing. They are the dot connectors and work to ensure that both sides of our business are working together to reach the same goals. The Shopper Marketing Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Customer Marketing Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, and collaborating with our Brand, E-Commerce, and Sales Teams the Shopper Marketing Manager will be a critical part of our Team. This is an on-site role in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative. They can walk in sales and marketing shoes and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop commercially relevant programs that bring our brands to life in our retailers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, and collaborating with our Brand, E-Commerce, and Sales Teams the Shopper Marketing Manager will be a critical part of our Team. This is an on-site role in Los Angeles.

- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, and National Sales Team to optimize in-store tactics that align with national and regional brand strategies.
- Act as liaison between the Sales team and the Brand Teams to identify new opportunities to gain share for our core business as well as support strategic priorities.
- Partner with Consumer Insights to distill and incorporate consumer trends into brand materials (sell sheets, presentations, etc.)
- Set timelines to complete projects, chart progress, and ongoing review progress 3mos, 6mos, 9mos to achieve stakeholder expectations and deliver Coupons/sales tools 120 days ahead of programming. Share timelines with cross-functional teams including brand and creative to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand team to translate the latest brand strategies and positioning into commercial guidelines and program hooks; Serve as the liaison point between the Brand and Customer Marketing Team.
- Owner of Neptune Shelf Blade Creative process, ensure assets are delivered on time.
- Owner of the coupon process. Leverage historical data to develop competitive programs for coupons and rebates.
- Enterprise-level coupon tactic planning and execution inclusive of: Mail-in rebates, Instant Redeemable Coupons, Digital Loyalty Card Promotions, Inmar, Neptune, Quotient, and Cash Back Rebates (iBotta, Venmo, Paypal) - ideation (Inmar, Quotient)
- Assist E-commerce marketing content strategy with the VP E-Commerce, Senior Manager, Digital and Senior Manager, and Customer Marketing, inclusive of: Online e-tailer content (Salsify, Drizly, Instacart, GoPuff)
- Partner with the team to develop eye-catching and impactful in-store POS along the consumer's path to purchase.
- Share monthly market research and competitive reports with the customer marketing team and VP of Marketing.
- Additional assigned projects as determined by the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in CPG environment, within Trade or Shopper Marketing - beverage a plus, bev-alc even better.
- Business/commercial strategy experience. Sales experience with strategic orientation or strong marketing experience with commercial orientation.
- Strong analytical skills with a desire to work with information systems and digital platforms (Neislen, Spectra, VIP software experience a plus).
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization/project management capabilities
- Project Management skills, cross-functional team player with a proactive mindset
- Flexibility: Able to maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising, and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs
- Innovative and willing to think outside the box.
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
