Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will manage various digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize efforts to achieve our business goals. This position requires being proficient with Search Engine Optimization (SEO); organic search strategy, paid search marketing, content optimization, key word research, and link-building.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will manage various digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize efforts to achieve our business goals. This position requires being proficient with Search Engine Optimization (SEO); organic search strategy, paid search marketing, content optimization, key word research, and link-building.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee PPC, SEO, and Amazon Ad campaigns, including keyword research, campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO improvements
- Analyze site traffic and campaign performance data to continually refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC, SEM, and SEO to inform and enhance marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and website content for both paid search success and organic search visibility
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI
- Research, write, and optimize product listings on our D2C site and major marketplaces like Amazon and Wayfair
- Monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, analyze results against predefined ROI and KPI goals, and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing for PPC campaigns and SEO elements to enhance performance and increase conversion rates
- Ensure cohesive integration of digital marketing efforts by working closely with Marketing and Sales teams
- Experience with Setup, management, and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager
- Own Amazon Ad Channel – budget, keyword research and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns and implementing SEO strategies across various platforms
- Proficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, Amazon Ads and SEO best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly
- Experience with PPC and SEO tools such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with managing products feeds and data. (Feedonomics)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively
