Marketing Communications Specialist | Entry Level position | Weekly Pay

Full Time | Phoenix, AZ | Immediate Start

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic Marketing Communications Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage a full sales pipeline, engage customers, and explain our clients' products and services in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner.

Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities include

  • Distributing promotional material
  • Responding to customers' queries and comments and networking during marketing events.
  • Be the face of clients, engaging with potential customers to promote brands' products and services
  • Building relationships with customers, getting to know their needs
  • Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
  • Learning and retaining a wealth of knowledge about the brands' products and services as well as competitor offers
  • Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Completing new customer registrations
  • Tracking interactions and collecting daily reports to feedback to clients
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on feedback to inform sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
  • Must be able to commute to the office in Phoenix, AZ (This role cannot be done remotely)
