DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE:


As the Digital Marketing Associate, you are a knowledgeable, nimble, dynamic digital marketing expert who is excited by the chance to dig into a campaign and make it better than ever and more excited to share that information with others. You are a motivational coach who eagerly shares ideas and knowledge with others. You are a reliable results-oriented high-quality-of-work person who is detail-oriented enough to find the smallest of optimizations, but also a big picture thinker who can effectively communicate your strategies and insights to others.

The Digital Marketing Associate is constantly on the hunt for problems to be solved. They dont rest after increasing bids or changing the ad copy, they want to understand its impact on revenue and how it can be scaled. The Digital Marketing Associate bases decisions on detailed data analysis, not just the number on the screen. They know that the job isnt done after the first click and are constantly looking for ways to improve the overall conversion process.

The Digital Marketing Associate also acts as a lead strategist for CHHJs corporate stores. Theyll work in conjunction with agency vendors & corporate store managers to directly apply testing & optimization concepts before developing recommendations to share across the organization. Theyll also join in strategic discussions regarding quarterly planning, national campaigns, and traditional marketing efforts in those areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee PPC campaigns as managed by outside agency.
Provide digital marketing insights for corporate store managers and franchise system.
Oversee testing of new paid search and digital tactics or programs at corporate store level.
Provide clear & transparent data to drive improvements.
Conduct franchisee-level PPC audits to ensure corporate store discoveries are being used throughout the system.
Conduct motivational & educational content & events for the franchise systems to help franchise partners succeed in their local marketing efforts.
Provide ongoing support to FBC team for individual location marketing efforts/reporting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in data organization/presentation skills. Comfortable collecting data from multiple sources to compile reports. Experience with Looker Studio a plus!
Fluent in Google Analytics 4.
Comfortable working with different conversion tracking methods & attribution models.
Experience working with marketing CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
Prior digital agency or franchise work experience preferred.
2 yrs minimum managing digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, TikTok, etc. preferred.
Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
Strong organizational skills + ability to multi-task are a must.

Task management (Asana or similar)
Basic creative design skills (image sizing, file management)
