Job Description
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving our digital marketing efforts. You will leverage your expertise to optimize our search engine rankings, execute effective paid advertising campaigns and manage and redesign our websites. This role requires a strong mix of research, data analysis and creative development.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEM/Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising & media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop ad copy, analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and other essential KPIs (PPC, CPM, etc).
- SEO: Implement SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility and ranking on search engines. Conduct keyword research, on- and off-page optimization and monitor SEO performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on website performance, SEO metrics and paid campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data. Experience with LookerStudio or similar reporting platform to present Executive level dashboards and detailed reports. Experience with Hotjar, or similar systems, to provide analysis of website visitor behavior.
- Web and UX Design: Creation of targeted landing pages. Design, develop and maintain high-quality, user-friendly websites. Ensure that websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices and adhere to the latest web design trends and best practices.
- A/B testing of web pages, landing pages and digital ads.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our websites and digital marketing tools. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and platforms.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on and off-page optimization and link building.
- Experience with paid advertising, including campaign setup, management and optimization, in addition to knowledge in KPIs like PPC, CPM, CPC and more.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PPC management platforms, LookerStudio (or similar reporting platform), Hotjar (or similar website visitor behavior analysis).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with Monday.com or similar Project Management platform.
- Ensure that digital lead attribution is correct.
- Ability to explain complex solutions in a digestible way, while providing enough data and performance results to demonstrate the impact of your work is key
- Proactively provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine and improve ongoing efforts and recommendations for changes/new efforts
- Ensure that digital lead attribution is correct.

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Information Technology/Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
