Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Design and Optimization
- Design and develop engaging, user-friendly websites and web pages that align with brand guidelines and meet business objectives.
- Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Work with UX/UI principles to create intuitive navigation and interfaces that enhance user experience.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and meet KPIs.
SEO and SEM
- Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Social Media Management
- Work with Social media specialist to develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and monitor social media trends.
Email Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze email performance metrics and refine strategies for better results.
Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Wicked Reports to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
Budget Management
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving cost-effective results.
- Monitor and report on spend versus budget, optimizing where necessary.
Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Wordpress and Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
