Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the regional brands marketing initiatives and execution
- Knowing the capacity and call needs of the regional brands and working to pull the necessary marketing levers to keep capacity filled
- Organizing and running weekly or biweekly marketing meetings on the regional brands
- Managing budgets on monthly basis to ensure accuracy and budget adherence to monthly financials
- Invoice reconciliation – ensuring marketing invoices are accounted for, accurate, and paid across companies
- Responsible for analyzing marketing reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Responsible for campaign input and tracking accuracy
- Responsible for planning and overseeing advertising including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
- Lead and execute rebranding responsibilities for new company acquisitions including, but not limited to recreating literature and print advertisement
- Lead and execute on pre-production for TV and Radio if applicable
- Gather brand assets as needed for marketing collateral
- Oversee script adherence and execution for Radio and TV if applicable
- Support general marketing needs in both live and future markets
- Develop and implement direct mail strategies for the multiple locations
- Review all documents for grammar, spelling, and style prior to publishing
- Review and approve all social media content
- Coordinate, process and track community and employee sponsorships
- Review and manage the reputation of the regional brands including but not limited to BBB, Yelp, Google
- Align on club strategies and execution
- Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
- Absorbs knowledge and direction, then builds on it to bring ideas to life
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years proven work experience in the marketing industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
- Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time.
- Requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
- Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain.
- Occasional heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others and to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, or alarms).
- May work in closed or cramped space on occasion
