Our company is looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist. Our company continues to grow at a rapid pace, and we are looking to reinforce our digital marketing team with a knowledgeable and creative individual.

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you would work with other team members to plan and execute email initiatives to our current client and club base as well know how to target different segments of the customer journey with engaging messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute an email marketing strategy to our database of over 500,000 active members across multiple brands aligned with respective goals to drive revenue and foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Create email workflows across different campaign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to set up engaging customer journeys and drip campaigns, aiding with logic and data setup.
  • Research and define different segments within our database of past clients and create email nurturing sequences and flows for the different customer journeys.
  • Work closely with the creative team to design captivating email templates using HTML, CSS, as well as several ESP’s like Hubspot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, iContact, and Service Titan.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Manage and update client data within the database(s).
  • Analyze data to gain insights and develop actionable plans and consulting on recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry best-practices including CAN-SPAM and CCPA laws.
  • Create regular reports on key metrics and status to management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably working in an agency, or agency-like, environment managing multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with conversion-oriented design and copy (subject lines, messaging, list management/segmentation, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws.
  • Knowledge of basic web languages preferred (HTML/CSS, Wordpress) as well an eye for design
  • Knowledge of basic FTP Client like WinSCP, Filezilla, etc.
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing Tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp, iContact, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Experience with Hubspot and Service Titan Marketing Pro a big plus
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Must be able to work in-office full-time. Hybrid or Remote work is not available at this time.
