About the role: Q-CTRL is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager based out of California (Los Angeles preferred) or Sydney, Australia to develop and deploy product, growth, and GTM campaigns. The role will report to our Marketing Lead. As a Product Marketing Manager, our ideal candidate has deep experience in product-led marketing within a high growth/cutting edge technology environment. You will have developed a strong set of skills to analyze market opportunities, create impactful product-marketing material, and deploy go-to-market plans and activities that drive growth and brand outcomes. Your product marketing capabilities will span inbound audience development (research, product definition, and testing) to GTM execution (narrative, content, and campaign execution) and finally outbound customer engagement (sales enablement, customer success, and communications). These should be grounded in a strong understanding of how product marketing works with other teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Design, and more) to deliver on an ambitious product marketing roadmap. Storytelling will be at the heart of what you do, telling a compelling narrative across our audiences and products, simplifying complex concepts, and creating content that brings our world-changing technology to life.
