Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 200+ attorneys in nine offices, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our busy Marketing & Business Development team in our Buffalo office. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the firm's brand and message across digital channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising. This role requires creative skills, including concepting, writing, designing, excellent communication skills, technical competence with design software and marketing platforms, and an extraordinary level of attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly creative and process-driven with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. A bachelor's degree in marketing preferred, with five years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media, in a professional services firm preferred. Proficiency in:
- Design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva;
- Email marketing tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software, e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, HubSpot, Salesforce; and
- Content management systems (CMS), e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, HubSpot, Shopify, custom CMS.

Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
